Raising Paddles is a full-service consulting and auctioneer firm that supports over 300 nonprofits each year across the Midwest. In 2024 the firm helped raise over $120 million at fundraising events.

The approach is to work alongside clients from day one of planning, assisting with auction item procurement, sequencing of auction items, run-of-show design, paddle raise structure, and more. The team also provides educational workshops across the Midwest and board activation training designed to unlock an event's fundraising potential.
