What to expect.

We move deliberately, not slowly. Most processes take 3–4 weeks from first conversation to offer.

    Apply

    Submit your application through our open roles page. We read every application — no black holes.

  2. 2

    Intro conversation

    A 30-minute call with someone from our team to learn about each other, cover the basics, and see if there's a real fit worth exploring.

  3. 3

    Hiring manager interview

    A deeper conversation about the role, your experience, and how you approach the work. This is also your chance to ask hard questions about the team.

  4. 4

    Team interviews

    You'll meet 2–3 people you'd work with directly. We focus on collaboration, judgment, and how you'd tackle real problems — not whiteboard puzzles.

  5. 5

    Final alignment & offer

    A brief conversation to close any open questions on both sides, followed by an offer. We aim to be transparent about comp and timeline from the start.
