momoGood's policy on responsible, consent-based text messaging.

Section 1

Purpose and scope.

This anti-spam policy applies to all text messages and SMS communications sent through the momoGood platform. momoGood is committed to responsible, consent-based messaging and prohibits the use of its platform for unsolicited or abusive communications. This policy applies to all momoGood customers, users, and any party sending messages through momoGood infrastructure.

Section 2

Consent-based messaging.

All messages sent through momoGood must be based on valid consent from the recipient. Organizations using momoGood are responsible for obtaining and maintaining proper consent before sending text messages. Consent must be freely given, specific, and documented. momoGood provides tools for consent capture, storage, and management, but the responsibility for obtaining valid consent rests with the sending organization.

Section 3

Prohibited practices.

The following practices are prohibited on the momoGood platform:

  • Sending messages to recipients who have not provided consent
  • Sending messages after a recipient has opted out
  • Using deceptive sender identification or misleading content
  • Sending messages outside of permitted hours without recipient consent
  • Using the platform for phishing, fraud, or illegal activity
  • Purchasing or renting phone number lists for unsolicited messaging
  • Circumventing opt-out mechanisms or suppression lists

Opt-out and STOP handling.

momoGood processes opt-out requests (STOP and equivalent keywords) instantly and permanently. Once a recipient opts out, they will not receive further messages unless they explicitly re-opt-in. Organizations are prohibited from re-adding opted-out recipients without new, documented consent. All opt-out events are logged with timestamp, source, and method for audit purposes.

Section 5

Customer responsibilities.

Organizations using momoGood for text messaging are responsible for:

  • Obtaining and maintaining valid consent before sending messages
  • Honoring opt-out requests promptly and permanently
  • Ensuring message content is accurate, non-deceptive, and compliant with applicable laws
  • Complying with TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and other applicable regulations
  • Maintaining records of consent and opt-out activity
  • Training staff on responsible messaging practices

Review and enforcement.

momoGood reserves the right to review messaging activity on the platform for compliance with this policy. Violations may result in warnings, message throttling, account suspension, or account termination, depending on severity and frequency. momoGood cooperates with carriers, regulators, and law enforcement as required.
