A day in Antarctica

This really is the adventure of a lifetime; be one of the minorities on earth that have flown into the interior of Antarctica!<br /><br />Antarctica has no permanent inhabitants, and the interior is only usually accessible to scientists and explorers. Departing from Cape Town, you will fly over the Southern Ocean and the amazing Icebergs before crossing into the Antarctic Circle and landing on the ice. You will be transported from there to a temporary guesthouse, and be given the opportunity to do a number of unique activities on the ice. The day will finish up with a fabulous champagne dinner. <br /><br />You will spend approximately 10 hours on the ground in Antarctica, so there is plenty of time absorb and appreciate the magnificent landscape you are in!<br /><br />Travel to Cape town not included. By redeeming this item, you will be signing up to the terms of an approved supplier, and such terms will be clearly displayed at that time for you.<br /><br />Your item is protected by our booking with confidence policy: <br /><br />Where quarantine rules are placed in the region from where you are travelling or the location you are travelling to, then: You can change the dates as long as you provide 14 days or more notice before you are due to travel; any notice period less than 14 days and the provider will do all they can reasonably do to move your dates, but if they are unable for any reason, then you will need to attempt to claim monies on your travel insurance.<br /><br />Where your flight is cancelled and you are no longer able to travel, then: You will be allowed to change the dates of your prize as long as you provide at least 14 days’ notice before you are due to travel; any notice period less than 14 days and the provider will do all they can reasonably do to move your dates, but if they are unable for any reason, then you will need to attempt to claim monies on your travel insurance.<br />
