A team member enters a Group ID in the momoGood app, and the constituents in that Group move into a momoGood Messaging list the following morning. Each Group ID is applied as a tag on the synced supporters, so your team can segment messages using the same logic already built in Luminate Online.

When a subscriber opts out in momoGood, that change moves back to Luminate Online within minutes so the constituent record always reflects the latest subscriber status. Which fields you match, who you exclude (for example, board members, staff, or major donors), and where opt-outs are recorded are set up with the momoGood team during onboarding.
